Sommer Nisbet is an Australian expat who has
been living in Hong Kong for the past 15 years. She is the
Regional HR Director for a publicly listed recruitment
agency. Sommer spends the majority of her time making
sure the agency has the right people with the right skills and
values to help the company succeed.
In addition, as a member of the HR community in Hong Kong, she
invests time sharing connections, experiences and advice with a
wide range of people across a number of sectors and walks of
life.
In her personal life, Sommer is happily married and busy
raising three energetic, creative and adventurous children.
